All of our camps are designed for boys and girls from 7-18 years old of all skill levels. Expect group and individual exercises focusing on the core fundamentals; dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, footwork and to advise and inspire young athletes to live stronger, healthier, and more positive lives. Time is always a priority for each player to receive detailed one on one training to learn specific techniques for their position. We focus on implementing structured physical and mental training to help players improve by expanding their strengths and conquering weaknesses with our professional coaches to guarantee exceptional results. This is a unique opportunity for the youth to not only get professional and elite training from experienced coaches, but also experienced professional players.
We focus on implementing structured physical and mental training to help players improve by expanding their strengths and conquering weaknesses. Throughout the camp, players cover drills such as; stations, ball handling contests, 11 man (fast break), 1 on 1, 3 on 3, 5 on 5, and more. Competition is higher than ever and young athletes are struggling to get in depth training in their exact position to help them grow to the next level and get a spot on the team. We are here to help.

Professional training- Our drills and exercises will benefit each individual throughout the camp
Each player will receive a professional packet for drills and exercises to use after the camp
3 hours a day for 3 days of elite training
Nutrition and mental health lecture- diet habits and the benefits of better choices and mental strength
